Games magazine was sold by Playboy.
Playboy Enterprises said it sold the monthly magazine to a newly formed PSC Games Limited Partnership, which includes current Games publisher Jerry Calabrese; Victor H. Palmieri, a corporate turnaround specialist, and Hershel Sarbin, a management consultant and former president of Ziff-Davis Publishing Co. Playboy will recognize a gain of approximately $1.5 million from the sale.
