An anti-nuclear protester was arrested after he entered the White House with a tour group and then splattered what other protesters claimed was human blood on the mansion’s front pillars, the Secret Service said. Four other members of the same protest group, the Atlantic Life Community, were arrested while staging a demonstration along Pennsylvania Avenue just outside the White House grounds. The protester, identified as Philip Joseph, 24, of Washington, was charged with malicious destruction of federal property.
