Stamp Features Tow Truck

WASHINGTON — A 1920s tow truck is featured on a new 8.5-cent coiled stamp designed for use by nonprofit organizations when they send third-class mail, the Postal Service announced Wednesday. The new stamp, the 27th in a series showing antique vehicles, goes on sale Jan. 24.
