Green Bay Packer nose tackle Charles Martin...
Green Bay Packer nose tackle Charles Martin has been charged with driving after revocation of his license for the second time, Sheboygan County, Wis., authorities said.
Assistant District Attorney Terrence Bourke said that Martin was stopped Sept. 30 by the State Patrol for speeding on Interstate 43 in Sheboygan County.
A check of Martin’s driving record revealed that his license had been revoked and showed one previous conviction, Bourke said.
Martin, who was released on a $500 signature bond at the time, has pleaded not guilty. A Jan. 28 trial date has been set. If convicted, Martin could face fines ranging from $300 to $1,000 and a jail term of 10 days to six months.
