A 9% rise in revenue and slightly higher profit was posted by New York-based Hasbro Inc. for the fiscal year ended Dec. 28, 1986. In a year in which the toy industry experienced little growth, the strong performance of Playskool and Milton Bradley lines and the 37% growth in international revenue are indicative of the underlying strength of Hasbro’s diversified product portfolio and the strategic balance of its business, a spokesman said.
