Western Security Bank of Toluca Lake has promoted four officers who were part of the team that started organizing the institution four years ago.
Two former vice presidents, Tom Batt and Rod Hopkinson, were named senior vice presidents. Batt will retain his title as cashier, and Hopkinson will remain senior loan officer.
In addition, two former assistant vice presidents, Margie Hernandez and Cathi Wickham, were appointed vice presidents. Hernandez will be corporate administrator and Wickham will serve as operations manager.
The commercial bank reported assets as of Sept. 30, 1986 of $37 million.
