Why Can’t the Fans Take Dodgers to Arbitration?
Recently, the Dodgers took Orel Hershiser and Alejandro Pena to arbitration and asked for a 20% cut in salary due to the fact that they had sub-par seasons. The Dodgers won on both accounts.
My question to the Dodgers is this: Can we fans take the Dodgers to arbitration and request a 20% cut in ticket prices after a sub-par season? For your information, the Dodgers raised ticket prices $1 after a losing season. In my opinion, the Dodgers have a lot of nerve cutting salaries while raising ticket prices.
