ABC correspondent Jed Duvall has replaced Steve Bell as Washington-based news anchor for “Good Morning America” and as co-anchor of “World News This Morning,” the network said. Duvall has frequently filled in since Bell left late last year to be a local news anchor in Philadelphia.
