USC Women, Seeking Conference Title, Face Washington State; UCLA Takes On Washington
The Pacific 10 women’s basketball season will end tonight with USC trying to wrap up the conference title and UCLA needing a win to keep its hopes alive for a spot in the 32-team NCAA playoffs.
The Trojans (20-7 overall, 14-3 in the Pac-10) are coming off an impressive 91-67 victory over Washington Thursday night. They can win the conference championship by beating last-place Washington State (10-17, 2-15) at 7:30 p.m. at the USC Campus Gym.
Meanwhile, UCLA Coach Billie Moore will be looking for her 200th victory at 7:30 at Pauley Pavilion, where the Bruins (18-9, 11-6) play Washington (21-6, 13-4).
