Girl Who Got Four Liver Transplants Goes Home

CHICAGO — Meghann LaRocco, a 9-month-old girl who became the first infant to receive four liver transplants, went home Friday and her doctors predicted that she has an excellent chance of living the life of a normal baby.
Hospital officials said the cost of her operations and 3 1/2-month stay is expected to exceed $500,000.
