Anacomp Inc. laid off workers in San Diego.

The Indianapolis-based firm furloughed 275 workers at its newly acquired Datagraphix Inc. division, including 225 in San Diego, the division headquarters. Up to 60 additional workers, including 30 in San Diego, will be laid off over the next several weeks unless they accept transfers. A manufacturer of computer output microfilm equipment, Datagraphix employed 2,500 nationwide prior to Anacomp’s $128 million acquisition, which was also finalized Wednesday
