Bell : City Clerk Resigns
The City Council on Monday accepted the resignation of City Clerk Martha Gutierrez, who is moving to Long Beach. Her resignation is effective May 15. The council will appoint a successor to Gutierrez, whose term will end in April, 1988, City Administrator Byron Woosley said.
