Thank you for the article (March 8) on California Housing Finance Agency’s 7.5% resale financing program. It certainly provided the desired result. Our offices have been deluged with phone calls and letters from potential first-time home buyers requesting information.
We hope that many of them will be able to take advantage of this low interest rate and become homeowners.
