WASHINGTON —
The capital city’s 3,000 cherry trees, some of which have already burst into bloom, are expected to be in full flower Thursday, the National Park Service said Friday.
The delicate white and pink blossoms, which will last at least four days after they peak, are among Washington’s favorite tourist attractions.
