Campeau and DeBartolo completed a purchase.
The closing was on the previously announced purchase of five of the regional shopping centers of Allied Stores Corp. Campeau Corp. and Edward J. DeBartolo Corp. will each hold a 50% interest in the shopping centers, which DeBartolo will manage. Campeau separately announced that, as required by its bank agreement, it has contributed an additional $50 million of capital to Allied.
