Moving in after a two-week investigation, members of the Los Angeles Police Department’s narcotics division arrested three Colombian nationals at a residence in West Covina and seized 364 pounds of cocaine with a street value of $62 million, police said. Investigators said they found the suspects attempting to conceal about half of the packaged drug in the undercarriage of a vehicle with the remainder of the narcotics cache stacked nearby. The three suspects, identified as John Franco, 34, Ricardo Sierra, 28, and Dairio Sierra, 23, were held in lieu of $100,000 bail each.
