CALIFORNIA - News from May 4, 1987

Daisy Systems Corp., Mountain View, announced that Norman E. Friedmann has been named president and CEO. Friedmann has been chairman and CEO of Cordura Corp. since he founded that company in 1965 and has been a director of Daisy since February. Harvey C. Jones Jr., formerly president and CEO, will remain a director.

Daisy Systems also announced that Edmund M. Kaufman and Richard D. DeLauer have been elected directors. Kaufman is a senior partner of Irell & Manella, a Los Angeles law firm. DeLauer is president of Orion Group Ltd., an Arlington, Va., consulting firm.
