Muslims and Hindus clashed for a sixth day in India, leaving four people dead and eight injured, officials said. The casualties brought to at least 69 the number killed in New Delhi and in Meerut, a city of 417,000 about 47 miles northeast of the capital, since communal bloodshed erupted last weekend. More than 200 people have been wounded and more than 2,000 arrested for rioting, arson, attempted murder and for violating curfews. Officials said additional security personnel were rushed to both New Delhi and Meerut.
