Zenith Plans to Buy Back Million Shares of Stock
Zenith National Insurance reported that its directors authorized the company to buy back a million shares of its common stock on the open market.
Zenith, an Encino-based company specializing in workers’ compensation insurance, plans to use the stock that is bought for employee stock options. Zenith now has 21 million shares outstanding.
