Delphi Information Plans Its 1st Public Offering
Delphi Information Systems, a Westlake Village marketer of computer software used by the insurance industry, plans an initial public offering. The company intends to sell 1.1 million shares of common stock at a price of $7.50 to $9 a share.
The underwriting will be handled by Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co.
