Orange Glen Finishes Regular Season No. 1
SAN DIEGO — Orange Glen, thanks to Granite Hills’ three straight losses last week, finished the regular season as the No. 1-ranked team in The Times’ San Diego County baseball top 10.
Orange Glen (19-6) won the Palomar League championship on the final day of the regular season with a 6-2 victory over Poway. Granite Hills (21-6) won the Grossmont League title, defeating Grossmont, 7-3, in a league playoff Friday.
