Luther Medical Products Buys Neuro-Diagnositics

Santa Ana-based Luther Medical Products Inc. said it has completed its acquisition of Neuro-Diagnositics Inc. Ron Luther, president of Luther Medical Products, a maker of medical catheters, said that Garden Grove-based NDI will add approximately $2 million in annual revenues to Luther Medical. Total value of the cash-and-stock deal was not disclosed, but Luther said in the past that it included 300,000 shares of Luther Medical stock.
