In “Perfect Strangers,” Balki and his roommate, Larry, are perfect charmers. They play off each other beautifully in scripts that are emotionally touching and engagingly funny. Another treat is “Head of the Class,” with the sage Mr. Moore and his delightfully precocious class. Here again, there are warm and witty scripts that are refreshingly entertaining. Congratulations to the writers, actors, directors and producers--everyone involved. Their shows provide quality programming and pure enjoyment.
