Norwalk Shops to Open in January
A January completion is scheduled for the $5.2-million, 109,383-square-foot Norwalk Plaza neighborhood shopping center being built on a 10.7-acre site at the southwest corner of Pioneer and Firestone boulevards in Norwalk.
The center will be anchored by a 56,635-square-foot Skaggs Alpha Beta supermarket, according to Marty Potts of Hopkins Development Co., the Newport Beach-based developer.
The architect is Herbert Nadel & Partners, Santa Monica, and the contractor is Hughes Townsend, Newport Beach.
