Digitext Offers Public Shares at $7.25 Each
Digitext, a Thousand Oaks-based maker of electronic keyboards that convert shorthand into text, reported that it sold more than 1 million common shares at $7.25 each to raise funds for marketing and production.
The offering was managed by a group led by McKinley Allsopp Inc. and Whale Securities Co.
Digitext lost $3.7 million, or 98 cents a share, in the year ended March 31, on $574,757 in revenue.
