Burnham Pacific Raised $23 Million
Burnham Pacific Properties reported Thursday that its recent public offering of 8.5% convertible debentures raised $23 million. Proceeds will be used to reduce existing mortgage debt and to buy new investment property.
The company that converted to a real estate investment trust on April 1 had operated for 24 years as a California real estate limited partnership.
