Mexico Names Envoys to East Germany, Israel

MEXICO CITY —
President Miguel de la Madrid named new ambassadors to East Germany and Israel, the government newspaper El Nacional reported Saturday.
The newspaper said Raul Valdes Aguilar has been picked to represent Mexcio in East Germany, and Rogelio Martinez Aguilar was named to head the embassy in Israel.
