A Vallejo man charged with receiving stolen property and carrying a loaded weapon was the only one of six inmates still at large after a recent jailbreak in Solano County. Police were still seeking Wesley A. Johnson, 43, who was in the jail at Fairfield awaiting trial on weapons charges at the time of the escape. Five other men who fled the jail Sunday night were back in custody--but one of them said he would do it again. David Wayne Foster, 28, who had been jailed for armed robbery, said he took part in the escape because “I was tired of the noise, tired of the crowding, tired of the TV and tired of the food,” and had no regrets.
