I really enjoyed Dick Turpin’s July 12 column. I hope that the advice is taken to heart by the “Ego Corporations” of the world.
There is a lot of misunderstanding among corporate executives about the difference between advertising and public relations. Like most other responsible PR professionals, I spend a lot of time explaining to clients what PR can and cannot do.
