PR People See Need for ‘Educating’ Clients
As Mr. Turpin’s article indicates, too many real estate decision-makers don’t understand the difference between public relations, publicity and advertising. And, most incredibly, more times than should be the norm, developers (and architects, interior designers and mortgage bankers, etc.) will select an agency without thoroughly checking its client references or considering its “taste” level.
