Quincy Watts of Woodland Hills Taft High School won both sprints in the U.S. Junior Olympic track and field championships at Provo, Utah.
Watts won the 100 meters in 10.30 seconds and the 200 meters in 20.50, both meet records. Both times are the fastest for a U.S. high school sprinter this year.
