The Sullivan family, owners of the New England Patriots, have lost more than $75 million managing the team, Sullivan Stadium and related ventures, including a tour by singer Michael Jackson, the Boston Globe reported.

The Patriots’ balance sheet for the last three years shows the team lost $14 million, despite playing the in the Super Bowl one year and twice making the NFL playoffs. Last year, the Patriots sold out every game in their 61,000-seat stadium but still lost $1.3 million.
