Fast Drivers

Women are the majority of lead-footed drivers. Why is this? Do they have something physically or psychologically different?

I have done a study over the past few years. What I did was drive for 10 miles at 55 m.p.h. and then go the opposite way for 10 miles. The majority of cars that passed me were driven by women. I’d say 65% to 70%. I’ve seen cars with a woman driving going at least 65, and when she passed (by the way she was tailgating) I could read a sign on the back saying “Child on Board.” That seems mighty strange. Most drivers, especially women, are their own problem.

A lot of the people with little yellow signs in the back window that say “Child or Baby on Board” should put that sign hanging on their rear-view mirror, because they could be the problem themselves, tailgating and speeding, especially with their children in the car.

I hope this statement will make the majority of lead-footed drivers think twice.
