Fountain Valley : Church to Seek Approval to Use Industrial Site

Members of the 2,500-member Eagle’s Nest Christian Fellowship will ask the Fountain Valley Planning Commission on Wednesday for permission to move the church into an industrial building.

The church, now at a smaller industrial site in Santa Ana, has paid $37,000 down to buy the former headquarters of Mary Kay Cosmetics for $5 million.

But the site, at 10700 Spencer Ave., is zoned for industrial use, and the church is seeking a conditional-use permit.
