Freeways and Guns
Wow, what a horrifying penalty for highway shooters--revoking his or her driver’s license! Does the DMV really believe that someone that shoots randomly at innocent people will stop driving because they don’t have a valid license?
I think Assemblyman Paul E. Zeltner’s (D-Los Angeles) proposed legislation is more appropriate, i.e. loss of at least three years of freedom. Let’s get this in effect immediately.
