From a Times Staff Writer
SEOUL, South Korea — Kim Dae Jung, adviser to the Reunification Democratic Party, won his first official endorsement Tuesday from a major dissident group in his battle with Kim Young Sam, party president, to become the opposition’s standard bearer in a December presidential election.
