Secretary to Catholic Bishops to Change Jobs

Russell Shaw, longtime Secretary for Public Affairs of the U.S. Catholic Conference and American bishops, is leaving the post Tuesday to become public information director for the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic fraternal organization.
