Civic Center Place Apartments Acquired
Lincoln Bloomfield of Huntington Beach, a California partnership and division of Lincoln Property Co. Inc., has sold Civic Center Place, a 192-unit apartment complex at 12700 Bloomfield Ave., Norwalk.
The Orange office of the Hanes Co. Inc. was the broker in the $23.4-million exchange transaction. The buyer was the Michalski Family Trust/Seufert Family Trust, Anaheim Hills. The sale price was $15.9 million; as part of the transaction, the buyer sold the 118-unit Charleston Square Gardens apartments, 1660 Palm Lane, Anaheim, to Delmar Pebley of San Clemente for $7.5 million.
