Mike Schenker was appointed executive vice president and general manager of Rogers Cable TV, Garden Grove, responsible for the company’s California operations. He succeeds Stephen Merritt, who has left the company. Schenker joined Rogers in Portland in 1985. Previously, he spent five years with Warner Cable in system and corporate roles and spent three years as a financial analyst with Ford Motor Co.
