Cuban Aide Due in Mexico

MEXICO CITY — Cuban Foreign Minister Isidoro O. Malmierca will meet President Miguel de la Madrid during an official visit to discuss strengthening bilateral relations, diplomatic sources said Saturday. Malmierca, scheduled to arrive today, is the first top-ranking Cuban official to visit during the De la Madrid administration.
