Crimson Slew led all the way and won Friday’s $50,000 allowance feature in 1:35, the fastest mile of the winter meeting at Santa Anita.
Ridden by Rafael Meza and carrying 118 pounds, Crimson Slew drew off in the stretch to beat Just Bobby by 5 1/2 lengths.
