Mark L. Smith has been installed as president of the Greater San Fernando Valley chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Other new officers are Rudolph V. DeChellis, vice president; Jean Cramer, secretary; Richard Diradourian, treasurer, and Joe B. Jordan, AIA delegate.
