Development Begins on Bel Air Crest Homes
Development of Bel Air Crest, a $250-million Goldrich & Kest Industries project, has been started at Bel Air Crest Road off Sepulveda Boulevard, near Mountain Gate Country Club. The community will include 137 luxury canyon homes and have 147 lots for custom-designed homes.
