Sergio Martinez, manager of the Bell Realty offices in Bell and Bell Gardens, has been installed as 1988 president of the Southeast Board of Realtors. Other officers are Peggy Fox, president-elect; Lupe Soto, vice president, and Robert Brabant, secretary-treasurer.
