S. Anthony Manne has been named executive vice president-international of Columbia Tri-Star Film Distributors Inc., New York. Manne previously was executive vice president for Tri-Star Pictures International. Duncan C. Clark has been named senior vice president-international marketing. Clark previously was senior vice president for Columbia Pictures International Marketing in Burbank. Milton Fishman has been named senior vice president-administration. Columbia Tri-Star Film Distributors, an affiliate of Triumph Releasing Corp., will be responsible for the sales, marketing, and distribution of Columbia and Tri-Star films overseas.
