Local News in Brief : Corona del Mar : Chiropractors Hope to Shake Food Loose
A chiropractic office in Corona del Mar hopes to gather two tons of canned or dry-staple goods in a food drive being held today in conjunction with the Share Ourselves Foundation.
The food will be distributed by the Costa Mesa-based foundation to needy county families.
In exchange for contributions of food, chiropractors at Priestly Chiropractic Inc. said they will provide free services. For two cans of food, the office will give a free examination. A donor of six cans of food will receive an examination, X-rays and a chiropractic adjustment. The office is at 2867 E. Coast Highway.
Donations will be accepted from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. today, officials for Priestly said.
