2 County Residents Reappointed
SACRAMENTO — Gov. George Deukmejian on Wednesday reappointed an Irvine woman and a Huntington Beach man to second four-year terms on state boards they have served on since 1984.
Deukmejian reappointed Nancy G. King of Irvine to the California Library Services Board. The 44-year-old King is an instructor at Marymount Palos Verdes College of Rancho Palos Verdes. She is a Republican.
The governor also reappointed Daniel P. Coffman of Huntington Beach to the state Board of Fire Services. Coffman, 36, is a firefighter and paramedic for the Los Angeles County Fire Department. Coffman is also a Republican.
