Raymond J. Perry, vice president of operations, and Robert W. Wisely, vice president of marketing, have been named group vice presidents for Carl Karcher Enterprises, Anaheim. Perry will continue to have responsibility for restaurant operations, repair and maintenance and will have the real estate and construction departments reporting to him. Wisely heads the fast-food chain’s marketing program as well as research and development. He will continue to have responsibility for strategic planning.
