The Pittsburgh Steelers acquired quarterback Todd Blackledge from the Kansas City Chiefs, who drafted Blackledge in the first round five years ago, for a 4th-round draft choice in next month’s National Football League draft.
The 6-foot 3-inch, 219-pound Blackledge shared the Chiefs’ starting quarterback job with Bill Kenney for portions of the last four seasons. Blackledge, 27, started only the first two games last season and played in just one other game.
