Master-Planned Community Will Include 72 Homes
Construction has begun on Los Verdes, a 72-unit housing development in the 4,000-acre master-planned community of Coto de Caza in south Orange County.
The single-family homes in Los Verdes will have 1,832-2,693 square feet, and prices will range from about $200,000 to $400,000. Laguna Hills-based Interamerican Builders Corp. and Tarzana-based All-Valley Financial Corp. are joint developers.
An on-site information center will open Saturday, and models will be finished in July.
